- The prices are per apartment/day for 2 persons (children under 2 years free)
- 15% surcharge for stay of less than 3 nights
- Surcharge for each additional person/day € 18.00
- Deposit 30% of the final price in each case
- Arrival and departure: daily
- Departure until 10 am or according to agreement
- The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
- all apartments are non-smoking. We therefore ask to smoke on the terrace/balcony and to close doors and windows
- Baby cot & high chair: 8,00 €/day
- Dog: 14,00 €/day (no food)
- Small Dog: 7,00 €/day (no food)
- Breakfast hours: from 8-10 am
- Breakfast: 16,00 € per day/person
- Breakfast for children (2 - 12 years): 10,00 € per day/child
- Additional cleaning (on request): 15,00 €
- The visitor's tax is added to the booking price.
- Cancellations: up to 90 days before the start of the holiday free of charge. From 90-30 days 50% cancellation fee. From 30-0 days 100% cancellation fee.
